Carmel Apples

A couple of weeks ago, Lyla was particularly bored at home with me and no one else to play with. She usually likes to make things in the kitchen with me, so I decided we could try to make carmel apples. I had a mix I bought at the store a while ago so we tried it out. It was not good! It was so incredibly sticky I can't even describe it to you. It was seriously like super glue. Lyla kept "gluing" her hands together. When it was finally ready to eat we were brave and gave it a try. The taste was good, but the texture was a little weird and it was gluing our teeth together. Next time I will just buy a bag of carmels to melt.
