Last week Grace's kindergarten planted a tree on their playground. They had a little ceremony and invited all of the parents. They were finishing up a unit on trees/nature and this was the last big thing in the unit. They sang a couple of songs and then each kid got to shovel a few scoops of dirt on the tree.
